Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
It is very unusual for customers to be less than satisfied with our fantastic toy pianos but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us at service@kidstoypiano.com within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will gladly take the item back for a full refund less shipping, CONDITIONAL upon:
1. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition, sealed in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included; AND
2. The original box must also be free of any markings and physical damage; AND
3. You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product.

Once the original item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the amount you originally paid less our shipping costs.  We also reserve the right to deduct any re-stocking costs that may be incurred.

If your return is received in opened, assembled or used condition we regret that the delivery will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

Unprocessed orders

If, for any reason, an order is not able to be processed, we will make a full refund.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, a customer wishes to cancel an order before the shipping date, we will make a full refund.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Free shipping via UPS Ground is offered to the 48 contiguous states.  If you live elsewhere, including APO and FPO addresses, please email us at service@kidstoypiano.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Every attempt is made to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Allow up to 6 working days for delivery depending on your location.  Your new toy piano or other product will be shipped from the manufacturer in Florida.  We will notify you of any delay with your order.

Orders that are placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that most shipping carriers do not work on weekends or holidays, so please plan accordingly for your delivery.  After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.  If your order cannot be delivered for any reason and is returned to us, you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs even if the order qualified for free shipping.  So again, please plan to have someone available to receive your delivery.  If you have a question regarding your order please send an email to service@kidstoypiano.com.
Backorder Policy

Backorder Policy

Although we regularly monitor stock levels and continually update our product pages, there may be occasions when an item is ordered but is found to be out of stock after the order is processed.  In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances.  We will advise you of the expected restocking date and we will ask you to decide whether you wish to keep your order open.   If you decide to keep your order open we will keep you up to date with new developments regarding your backordered items.  If you decide not to proceed with your purchase we will fully refund your payment.

KidsToyPiano.com is dedicated to selling only the highest quality products and having them delivered in top condition.  Defects occur very infrequently but despite the best efforts of all concerned they do happen.  If, for some reason, the item you receive is damaged or has a defect we will remedy the problem.

Damaged items:
If the product was damaged in shipping, the damage will need to reported to us at service@kidstoypiano.com within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  Essential information is:
• name and address
• invoice #
• an explanation of the damage.  
All freight damaged items will be replaced at no charge.

Defective Items:
In the event that an item is defective, you will need to notify us at service@kidstoypiano.com within 3 days of the date of the shipment.   Essential information is:
• name and address
• invoice #
• an explanation of the damage
In most cases, replacement parts are sufficient to correct defects.  In some cases a replacement may be necessary.  If a replacement of the whole item is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number which is valid for 20 days to return the product at our expense.  However, please note that products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, documentation and accessories.
