Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping of our merchandise via UPS Ground is offered to the 48 contiguous states.  If you live elsewhere, including APO and FPO addresses, please email us at service@kidstoypiano.com telling us where you live and we will provide you with a shipping quote including international shipping.  For further information please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that someone wishes to return one of our toy pianos or other item of merchandise, our returns policy is explained on our Returns Policy and Warranty page. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order.  For a full explanation please refer to our Cancellations policy on our Policies page.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged or is defective? 

In a very small number of cases the product may be damaged in shipping.  For full details of what to do, please refer to our Damaged Items policy on our Policies page.
Although defects are very uncommon with our merchandise, they do occur from time to time.  For a full explanation of what you should do and what we will do in the event of a defective product, please refer to our Defective Items policy on our Policies page.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax applies at the rate of 6.5% for customers who live in Nevada only and will be added to the purchase price. 

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift wrapping for your toy piano.
