Please email us at ANY time with ANY questions you may have about our range of toy pianos or about the delivery of our toy pianos.  Our service commitment is to respond to you within 1 business day and usually on the same business day.  In the unlikely event that we do not have an immediate answer to a question, we will respond to you within 1 business day explaining when we expect to have an answer and we will subsequently follow through and provide the answer.
